Refunds & Returns Policy

For change of mind purchases, please notify us and return the product to JP’s METAL within 14 days of the purchase. JP’s METAL will refund your money at our discretion in the form we decide. If you have ordered or received the incorrect product, please let us know as soon as you receive the item by emailing sales@jpsmetal.com.au.

It will be your responsibility to mail the item/s back to:

JP’s METAL- 9 Aspinall Place, Mulgrave NSW 2756

Please make sure your item is in its original undamaged condition.

  • Refund given will be less our original postage costs (no matter what postage costs you paid) and handling and restocking charges.
  • Custom made or special order products are strictly non refundable. This includes and is not limited to Custom pieces, structural steel and fabricated items.

We reserve the right to cancel any orders and give a full refund if for any reason a mistake is made on the website, or stock is unavailable. We will notify you and refund you as soon as the problem is brought to our attention. 

We offer you a replacement, credit or refund where products have a major failure, such as:

  • When they are faulty
  • Wrongly described
  • Different from a sample shown to you; or
  • Do not do what they are supposed to do

Your refund will be processed once your product has been successfully returned and inspected by our team. Please allow 3-5 business days for your refund to then be processed back to your payment service provider 

Please note that the time taken for a payment services provider to provide you with your refund can vary depending upon the provider.

Exclusions

In some cases a refund, replacement, or repair may not be offered if you:

  • Substantially modify the product;
  • Misuse the product contrary to user instructions or packaging labels

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law:

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
